Power to Prosper
Power to Prosper (P2P)
MHaPP is working in partnership with Power to Prosper (P2P) on a project focused on four main areas: community organising and the 100 Jobs campaign, regranting and building community wealth, research to inform effective practice, and strengthening communications and narrative.
Through this partnership, MHaPP’s voice is now reaching spaces previously inaccessible. P2P has enabled new national connections with organisations in Lambeth, Nottingham and London, supporting shared learning, knowledge exchange, and collaboration between hubs. These relationships are expanding MHaPP’s influence, confidence and opportunities for future growth.
WENDI Project
“I’m Here”
At Mama Health & Poverty Partnership (MHAPP), we believe no woman should feel invisible.
WENDI…meaning “I’m here” in Luganda…is a powerful, community-led initiative funded by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority through the Changing Futures programme. It exists to support women who are too often pushed into the shadows…unseen, unheard, and underserved by systems that have failed to recognise the complexity of their lives.
